Between the Peaks

Between the Peaks brings together contemporary art and cultural research to explore universal questions of identity, community, and tradition. At its core are two remarkable highland cultures: Tusheti in Georgia and the Bernese Alps in Switzerland. Despite their geographical distance, both have developed strikingly similar ways of preserving their cultural heritage. The project builds a bridge between places, histories, and ways of life, encouraging a deeper understanding of the relevance of local traditions in an increasingly globalized world. It offers no simple answers. Instead, it opens space for reflection, fresh perspectives, and an invitation to ask your own questions.
